In over 16 years of consulting experience, he has lead various Strategic Advisory and Asset Management engagements, and undertaken 300+ Transactions Advisory, Feasibility Studies and Valuation assignments for major Hotel Brands, Institutional Investors and Individual Owners across various markets in South Asia.

Prior to incubating Prognosis Global Consulting in 2011, he was Managing Director, South Asia at HVS Asset Management and Strategic Advisory. Before leading the Asset Management and Strategic Advisory group, Siddharth was the Executive Director at HVS Consulting and Valuation Services.

He has also worked as Revenue Manager with Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts with engagements in the Middle East and West Asia Region and with the Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces as a Revenue Management Executive.

Siddharth holds a MBA (MMS) with specialization in Advanced Financial Management, a Bachelors degree in Economics and Financial Accounting from Bombay University and has perused Professional Development Program in Real Estate Finance and Investments from Cornell Nanyang Institute in Singapore. Ritu Chawla Mathur comes with a diverse range of practical Hospitality operations experience. In a career spanning over 20 years as a top-performing Hospitality professional, she has spent most years in the field of hard core Hotel (Operations) Management, and has made steady contribution in various capacities, with brands like the Taj Group & Marriott International across the Luxury, Leisure & Business Hotel landscape. Her last role in Operations was that of the pre-opening General Manager, for the Courtyard by Marriott, Pune Chakan.

As a second generation Hotelier, Ritu's inherent passion for the hotel business coupled with her unwavering determination to bring world-class service to customers and leadership skills, earned her the position of one of the youngest General Managers at the Taj Group of Hotels in 2008. As a General Manager she steered financial management, operational efficiencies, employee development and strategic sales and marketing initiatives for hotels and resort properties to deliver business excellence goals and owner objectives.
